Policies on Castle Rock Writers Conference
CONFERENCE PHOTO RELEASE: Castle Rock Writers, Inc. will be photographing the conference, and your image may be used in promotional material. By registering, you hereby grant Castle Rock Writers permission to use any photographs and recordings procured at the event, in any and all print and electronic media (e.g. website, print, and promotional material) and any derivations thereof.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: No refunds after September 23, 2016. In extenuating circumstances, the conference director may choose to give credit for the 2017 conference.
WEATHER POLICY: In case of extreme weather, dangerous conditions, or other events beyond our control, the conference will be cancelled and rescheduled. Your payment will be applied to the rescheduled conference. Those unable to attend will receive a credit toward the 2017 conference. No refunds. If the conference is cancelled, registrants and speakers will receive email notification.
Information for Conference Day
- Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks will be provided.
- Bring your laptop (fully charged) or a notebook for writing exercises.
- Business casual attire is suggested.
