Questions and answers will follow the presentation.Overview from the website: When Vanity Fair author William Thackeray dies without a will, his young adult daughter Anny is forced to support her sister and their mad mother in a Victorian world uncongenial to female talent and ambition. Anny develops a crush on Leslie Stephen, the future father of Virginia Woolf, but it is the prettier sister Minny who steals his heart. After their marriage, Anny finds solace on the Isle of Wight among her father’s famous, eccentric friends: the poet Alfred Tennyson, Lewis Carroll, the painter G.F. Watts and his child bride, and the avant-garde, bohemian photographer Julia Margaret Cameron.”RSVP to castlerockwriters@gmail.com, providing your first and last name and email address. Two days before the presentation, CRW will send you a Zoom Invite. There is no cost to participants.  Love What You Write Writers Conference – August 23rd & 24th, 2024                Friday Night Conference Kick-off (Virtual) Event:         In Conversation with Jeff Lyons About Jeff (mykajabi.com)              Saturday In-person at the Lone Tree Hub    REGISTER: Love What You Write – CRW One Day Writers Conference Registration, Sat, Aug 24, 2024 at 8:00 am | Eventbrite Community Events, Literary Happenings, and Kudos The Denver Women’s Press Club Presents: CALMA Bilingual Poetry Event For details, visit –> CALMA Bilingual Poetry Event – Denver Woman’s Press Club (dwpconline.org)RMFW Writing Workshop: Do Your Settings Work as Hard as You Do?” Presented by Kelley J.
